How do I make a reservation and how does the process work?

Fill in the form on the Book us-page and tell us which product you would like. We will get back to you as soon as possible if it is possible to receive a reservation. If we accept a booking, we will charge a booking fee of 20% of the price of the products. If the event is less than 14 days, we will charge the order at once. When the occasion is over, deliver your flowers to us according to the instructions you received. We dry the flowers and start making the flower art of your dreams.

How do I deliver my flowers to be preserved?

The flowers can be delivered on Mondays to our home office in Kallio, Helsinki, or by mail from all over Finland. If you make a last-minute reservation or the event is celebrated on weekdays, the drop-off will be agreed upon separately with you. You will receive the arrival or mailing instructions once we have agreed to work with you.

How early should I make a reservation?

For example, if you are celebrating a wedding during the season, it is advisable to make a reservation before the season. We can receive a limited number of flowers each week, so by booking early you are most likely to secure a spot for your flowers in the dryer. Of course, we also accept last-minute orders if we have room!

Can the order be changed afterward?

Customization can be added to the order afterward. Individual products can be added to the order if there is room in our drying room. The order cannot be changed to a smaller product, but the product can be changed to a larger one depending on the capacity of the drying room.

Do I need to know what flowers will be on the wedding bouquet, for example, for the reservation?

We recommend making a reservation in time for the desired product and designing the bouquet according to the selected product or designing the bouquet with your florist and then making a reservation based on the selected flowers. 

Not all plants and flowers are suitable for all artwork, so if you have a certain type of product in mind the best option is to design a bouquet around the desired product. The design is assisted by a floral guide on our website.

Does the whole bouquet need to be delivered for the custom work?

There is no need to bring a whole bouquet to accessories, small epoxy products, and mini frames. For larger orders, the number of flowers is considered on a case-by-case basis according to the size of the selected product and bouquet. The flower amount will always be agreed separately with you 1-3 weeks before the event when we are in contact with you.

Why does it take a long time to create products?

The production time is influenced by the drying time of the flowers, the season, and the number of orders.  A beautiful outcome requires time and attention at every stage of the work. Find out more about our process in the info tab.

How are the flowers packaged for posting and how much does postage cost?

If you are sending the flowers to us, you will receive instructions with photos for packing at the briefing closer to the occasion. With our packing instructions, the flowers can be sent as a regular mail package as long as there is no frost. The price is about 9.90€-12.90€ depending on the chosen supplier and the size of the package + packaging materials if they are not available, for example, when recycled.

If the weather goes to the frost side, the shipment will be done by Posti's one-time freight with a warm additional service. Usually, the price is around 60-100€.
